I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago and recently relocated to Minnesota. In my free time I love cooking, snowboarding, golfing, and pretty much anything outdoors. In previous positions, I have worked with Grace Place in Winona, Minnesota and am looking forward to helping more young people here at SafeZone!

Mental Health Practitioner
I am currently a licensed graduate social worker. I completed my undergraduate program with a bachelors degree in social work from St. Cloud State University in 2010. I have many years experience working with children and families through case management and direct care services. I graduated in 2018 with my master’s from the University of St. Thomas in their clinical social work program and have been providing clinical services through school based and in-home services. I believe that in order to heal we need to be in a calm, grounded space and use kind intention, focused attention, and open awareness to assist in alleviating symptoms. When working with clients, I feel it’s important to allow everyone to be open, be present, and do what matters.
