Join Face to Face Health and Counseling for a virtual cooking class led by Chef, Brian Ingram of Hope Breakfast Bar! While discussing the ways that Face to Face has convened, supported, and empowered Minnesota’s young people for nearly 50 years, Ingram will teach us how to make a delicious mixed drink and dessert – perfect for Valentine’s Day! We will also have silent auction items available. The program will feature remarks by Laverne McCartney Knighton of UNCF and Hanna Getachew-Kreusser, Executive Director of Face to Face Health and Counseling.

In observation of AIDS/HIV Awareness Month, Hanna Getachew-Kreusser, Executive Director, and Jasper Gonzales, Health Educator, discussed Face to Face’s role in reducing the stigma around HIV and ensuring that people of all ages have access to testing and education. Based on strong scientific evidence, people with HIV who receive treatment can live long, healthy lives, have children, and never have to worry about passing on their infection to others..
