Face to Face’s new partnership with Diaper Bank of Minnesota
For many of Face to Face’s young parents, buying diapers can be an added financial stress as they navigate parenthood, childcare, financial support, and housing insecurity. Diapers are an essential need for infants and toddlers, however, government assistant programs such as WIC (Women Infants and Children) and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) don’t cover diaper purchases.
Diaper insecurity can result in health concerns for infants and toddlers, yet there aren’t enough resources or programs to assist with the need.
Our new partnership with Diaper Bank of Minnesota enables Face to Face to give young parents diapers – from newborn sizes to Pull-ups – throughout the entire year at both of our locations. We are grateful for this partnership and support of young parents.
Diaper Bank’s mission is to provide diapers to parents and children in Minnesota who are struggling to afford them, as well as increase awareness of diaper need, and advocate for systems and structures that can help families have better and affordable access to diapers.
