Update from Face to Face
March 17, 2020:

As a safety net health and human services provider, Face to Face will continue providing care for our youth in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak. We have made adjustments to program delivery for the safety for all.

SafeZone Drop-In Center: we will be providing food, transportation assistance, and personal hygiene products to go. Medical and mental health care will continue on-site.

Mental Health Services: will be provided for existing clients by telehealth. New intakes/walk-ins are suspended until further notice. For urgent mental health needs, please call:
  •    Adult Mental Health Crisis Line: 651-266-7900.
  •    Children’s Mental Health Crisis Line: 651-266-7878

Case Management & MNsure Services: will be provided by phone & remotely as much as possible.

Medical Services: We are open and providing care at this time, including walk-in appointments. We recommend delaying any unnecessary appointments, however, to reduce community spread. We recommend clients call before they come in so we can determine if they can be served by phone, in person, or if the service can be delayed to reduce community spread of COVID-19. We can be reached at 651.772.5555. Unfortunately, we cannot test for COVID 19 at this time.

Please stay tuned to our website and social media accounts, as we will be providing updates as they become available. This is a dynamic, changing situation and we will do our very best to keep you informed.
